Return Policy
Imprinted Products --Custom printed products are NOT of any use except to the company or individual that purchased them. These products are NOT returnable for a credit or refund of any kind unless they are defective in material workmanship.
Blank Products --Un-Imprinted products are returnable with prior approval from our customer service department. The original shipping for the order is NOT refundable NOR is the return shipping. There is a 25% restocking fee for any return other than defective merchandise.
Defective Merchandise --We will guarantee that our products will be free of material defects. Imprinting is a surface imprint in many cases and normal wear will cause the imprint to eventually rub off. We do not consider an item to be defective if normal wear is determined to be the cause of the defect.
Shipping Charges --Shipping charges are not refundable on any order unless the mistake was clearly made by Idlebrook Promotions in which case we will cover the shipping cost as determined at the time of the request.
Customer Service --Our goal is to provide top notch customer service to all of our customers. We will do our best to satisfy every customer and provide the best possible products and service possible. We post this policy so that our customers know up front where we stand on this policy.
